I absolutely love the design and have received so many compliments! I did follow the care instructions as best as I could; however, as a full-time student who also works, I accidentally fell asleep wearing them one night. I noticed that the back of the earring—the part that holds the hook—has already started to discolor. I understand the care instructions advised against sleeping with them, but I didn’t expect a single mistake to cause this much damage. Hopefully, this feedback can inspire consideration of more durable materials. I also recognize that my skin may produce more natural oils or liquids that could affect the metal more than usual. The design is truly beautiful and deserves materials that ensure it lasts even longer. Thank you so much for creating this forum and for such a stunning piece!
