Returns and Exchanges
- Refunds within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return windows are based on the original order delivery date, not the date an exchanged item is received.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition, including all original packaging (pouch, box, tags, and any inserts)
- Final sale items are not eligible
Return Condition
We inspect every return carefully when it arrives at our warehouse. To be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be returned:
- Unworn, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- With the original suede pouch and any branded packaging included
- With all tags, cards, or inserts that came with your order
Returns that arrive with signs of wear, damage, missing packaging, or in a condition that prevents resale may be subject to:
- A $15 restocking fee deducted from your refund
- Refusal of the return, in which case the item will be shipped back to you at your expense
Joiana Jewelry reserves the sole discretion to determine return eligibility.
- All sale, promotional, and Black Friday purchases are final sale
- No returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, or price adjustments
- Partial returns of sets or bundled items are not accepted, including charm bar purchases.
- All requests must go through the Joiana Return Portal
Requests outside the portal are not accepted - Original packaging, pouches, inserts, and boxes are required for all returns.
Please allow 5-7 business day from the day your return is received for it to be processed.
- Return shipping is only free with Checkout+
- Without Checkout+, customer covers return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non refundable
One exchange per item, Subject to availability

Refund eligibility after an exchange:
- If an item is exchanged after the original order is no longer eligible for a refund, the exchanged item will also not be eligible for a refund. Exchanges do not restart the return window and do not convert a non refundable order into a refundable one.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
International returns are accepted for refunds or store credit only, subject to the timelines below and return approval.

International Returns Process
All international return requests must be submitted through our Joiana Return Portal for approval.
If approved, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and returning the item at their own expense.
Important Notes
- No exchanges are offered on international orders
- Original outbound shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non refundable
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Returns received outside the stated timeframes or in unsellable condition may be refused
- Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.
