Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Policy

Please review the sections below before submitting a return request. All returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined here.
Am I Eligible to Return or Exchange
  • Refunds within 14 days of delivery
  • Exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Final sale items are not eligible

Requests submitted outside the stated timeframes will not be approved.

Joiana Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our eligibility requirements.

Final Sale | Promotions | Sets
  • All sale, promotional, and Black Friday purchases are final sale
  • No returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, or price adjustments

  • Partial returns of sets or bundled items are not accepted, including charm bar purchases.
How to Start a Return
  • All requests must go through the Joiana Return Portal
    Requests outside the portal are not accepted
  • Original packaging, pouches, inserts, and boxes are required for all returns.
Return Shipping & Checkout+
  • Return shipping is only free with Checkout+
  • Without Checkout+, customer covers return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable

One exchange per item, Subject to availability

International Orders

Eligibility

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
  • International returns are accepted only for refunds or store credit, subject to the timelines below and return approval.

Return Windows

  • Refunds: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Store Credit: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping by Country

For customers located in the following countries, return shipping labels are automatically generated through our Loop Return Portal and include a dynamic handling fee based on the label cost:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Hong Kong
  • Italy
  • Netherlands Antilles
  • New Zealand
  • South Africa
  • Vatican City

Customers in these countries may begin their return directly through the Loop Return Portal, just as domestic customers do.

All Other International Countries

For international customers located outside of the countries listed above:

  • Return requests must still be submitted through our Joiana Return Portal for approval
  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label once approved.
  • Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense


Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • No exchanges are offered on international orders
  • Original outbound shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non refundable
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returns received outside the stated timeframes or in unsellable condition may be refused
Other
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email customerservice@joianajewelry.shop

within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.
