It’s been two weeks since I received my birthstone charm and neck cuff, I have reached out to customer service twice to remedy and have not heard back. The charm does not fit on the cuff… returning.

sooo fun! Love the larger bail so there is a lot of versistility with this charms! Usps lost my initial but customer service was superhelpful! This was my first time buying from Joiana, but certainly not my last, excited to get more!
It’s such a pretty and bold pendant without being over the top. I love the tone on tone look, so unique! The quality of the enamel is superb! I definitely want another color.
Beautiful and larger than I expected! The stone is stunning and the charm holds its own when stacked with my other necklaces—I hope the next series offers other ranges in colors, my birthstone is amethyst but I would have preferred a lighter purple with purple pastel enamel—I opted for this pink tourmaline instead and love it sm!

Don’t buy this. Low quality, and they charge you a very high return fee even though they advertise free returns. Won’t be purchasing anything from here again unless this gets fixed.
