Return Policy

Return Process We want you to love your Joiana pieces. If something is not quite right, you can start a return, exchange, or request store credit through our portal here: Joiana Return Portal

Refunds 

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All requests must be submitted through the portal for approval.

Exchanges

 Available within 30 days of delivery.Each item can be exchanged one time.

Store Credit Available for requests made within30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must arrive back to us in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging included.


Return Shipping


If you added Checkout+ insurance at checkout, your return shipping is covered and free.

If insurance was not purchased, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. It protects your package during transit and covers your return shipping if you decide to send something back.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and meets our criteria, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

We always recommend double checking sizing and product details before completing your order.

Before checking out, we encourage you to double check sizing and product details to make sure you are getting the perfect piece.

International Orders

International returns are paid by the customer. You may purchase a label through our portal or ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Standard eligibility rules still apply.Some countries may charge duties and taxes on imported goods. These fees are non refundable and vary by region.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email customerservice@joianajewelry.com with your order number and clear photos. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.

Site-wide Sale Returns

Items marked as final sale or purchased during sitewide promotions are not eligible for refunds or returns.Please review your cart carefully before completing your order.Returning a GiftGift returns can be started through our return portal. All return policies, including shipping costs and eligibility windows, will still apply.
